Why these three
Useful, not decorative.
A strength gym should help you know what is on the bar and what it means. These tools use standard formulas and common plate sets, show the working, and stay honest about the limits of an estimate.
- 01Enter a recent set you actually did. The 1RM calculator turns it into an estimate and a percentage table.
- 02Pick a target and the plate loader shows the stack per side, in pounds or kilos.
- 03Answer four questions and the program finder maps you to one of the five real MVMT programs.
Estimates only — ask a coach before maxing out.
